twins will be f tier btw
Ok slugs is not fun and is the most boring thing in this game
But instead of doing sth with the slugs situation with twins you just buffed to the clouds the unbreakable base kit and now twins is awful
Twins now might be balanced? Or nerfed. Or they need something extra on top of this change ?

The 1% pick rate will drop to below 0. That has to be a first for a killer in this game.

Slugging for 45+ secs never was a necessity for Twins.

I am seriously thinking about not playing them after this update. I am allready tired of people being picked up right after I down them and can't even hook anyone.

I think the issue with Twins won't necessarily be that slugging everybody is needed with them, but rather than if you down someone with Victor then you have no choice but to have that person slugged while you switch to Charlotte to come pick them up. Now obviously 45 seconds is a good amount of time to go and have Charlotte pick them up, but then again they can crawl in a position where they can potentially be flashlight or pallet saved if you try by the time Charlotte gets there. And if you get distracted in another chase as Charlotte then there's a much better chance the survivor will get to revive themselves before you get back to them, especially if they have Unbreakable (which is now an unlimited self revive in about 23 seconds.)

It can very well be, unfortunately.
It is, though. This killer is already amazingly unfun to play - and now they'll just be weaker.
