I want to say that, because split pressure is barely effective soon What will happen then, it will probably push killer to rely on tunneling more and more. to win. I'm just saying.

Assuming that two hooking everyone is "playing normally" that's a really easy way to lose most of your games.

I mean i just go after the unhooker. Seems to get me enough value. And i play at pretty high mmr. Or i run a aura reveal build to find another survivor and get in another chase as fast as possible.

Just play Bubba, and use Dead Lock and Merciless Storm. Get your 1-2 kills and call it a day. That's what the game is going towards lol.

Dang do we play the same game? I never have to do this even if i play against a bully squad. Id rather lose and say gg and go next then make the match infuriating or unfun. On topic just go after the unhooker or patrol gens? With some game sense you'll find someone.

Run theme plays everytime you get unhooked. Bonus points if the person i unhooked has sprint burst. I get to watch them rocket off.

That is true if you never learned to compensate for your weaknesses, and adapted accordingly. If you rely on tunneling and camping you fail to learn how to outplay people, which means you "win" without knowing how to win. As seen with facecamping Bubbas being able to guarantee a minimum 2k.
I regularly aim to death hook all Survivors before killing anyone, and I typically only early kill when Survivors are foolish enough to gift me hooks. Healing or gen tapping off of hook in my face, running into me to bodyblock for their ally, etc. I have learned far more from my losses than my victories, and improved accordingly. You can also accelerate your learning by recording your matches and deleting the wins. (You can also review the wins, but only when someone takes you on a longer chase.)

People hard tunnel in every game anyway so nothing is going to change there. People always do this and say a new change is going to increase tunneling. It's already out of control and can't get any worse.

Tunnel strat is already the most effective strat, I can't see how it could possibly get worse.

I guess, exposed strategy and slugging.
Make you choice, Hex: haunted ground and infectious fright is dead.
Looks like killer all should settle to use tunnet strat.
This is what survivor wants based on many players commented above. They dont want killer to play different strategy other than that.

What i dont understand is why stop all types of slugging.
Yeah i get that its boring to be slugged on the ground for 2 minutes but if your team isnt picking you up is that really the killers fault?
As a killer what I do if i need to get a bit more pressure is down an already hooked survivor then go after the unhooker leaving the other slugged. This forces a survivor to not do gens whilst they pick them up so i know only 1 person could be doing gens. Its a very valid and good stratagy to apply pressure.
With this new update killers can't apply pressure thru downs and effectivly behaviour are saying "if you down someone you better hook them". This means If i down someone who has just been unhooked im being forced to tunnel them unless i want to make that down worth nothing.
Side note I don't and would never hardcore slug or tunnel. I play the game for fun but if the survivors are sweating the game out (which is fine if thats how they want to play) then i will turn on the sweat and tunnel/camp/slug all i need to to secure the kills.
