Survivors not receiving speed boost after hit - Possibly STBFL related?

I've had this bug a few times, but this was the first time I was able to grab a clip of it. Every other time I noticed it, the killer was Wesker, so I thought it was a bug with Wesker, but I finally experienced it with Demo. Every single time I've had this happen, they've been running STBFL.

    Bumping this, because I definitely experience this bug a few times a stream. It'd be nice to get it looked at.

    I experience this a lot and I have no idea if it’s stbfl related but it needs to fixed..

    I get this a fair bit also , don't think its stbl related as its happened when killer's don't have it ...for me anyway
