Please put the Finisher Mori On The Back Burner
I genuinely hate all the changes proposed with the Finisher Mori dev update and BHVR has stated that "we're closely monitoring the feedback and this won't be on the next patch". So here's my feedback - put it on the back burner. This idea,either needs scrapping or tons more work and it's not something you should prioritize.
Focus up on that Solo Queue hell,please.

The devs wanted the 60/40 kill rate anyway and now they're pulling crap like this LOL. I agree, ALL of the ideas proposed are god AWFUL and need to never show their ugly faces again.

God, yes. The longer they put off this trainwreck, the better. We're hard buffing SWF in order to make moris less fun, accessible, and dynamic? What?

I don't understand all the balancing work to get the kill rate to where they want it, only to flip the entire game on it's head and scrap any shred of balance the game had.
Changing the main objective of killers from hooks to slugs, and then giving survivors basekit slugging counter, is such a monumental change to the gameplay flow I don't see how it can't completely knock game balance on it's head.
This would be on par with something like, removing all exit gates, adding four more Hatch spawns, and having repaired gens produce keys.

What killer players wanted:
Earn your Mori through gameplay, building points by hitting healthy survivors, engaging in chases, and - as gens get finished - enjoy a sudden surge of power with the ability to kill off a player in the late game. Be rewarded for not tunneling or camping, and get some degree of defense against all the constant, hyper-fast healing available to survivors!
What killer players get:
If you've already won the game 100%, you automatically teleport to the middle of the map and execute the last guy down. But to discourage just slugging everybody to trigger this, we gave all survivors Super Unbreakable for free at every stage of the game. Never mind that you can already just slug everybody to win. If you slugged everybody AND killed one of them, it would (somehow) totally break the game! Oh, also your Mori offerings are now way less useful than brown BP offerings, despite their super expensive rarities. Also, your kill perks have been gutted too because R E A S O N S

I know. I'm saying put this on the back burner for this year entirely and go look into Solo Queue.

Which in itself is also terrible idea that created 99% survivor incentives at +100% TBH

I like how this went from just speeding up the end game, giving a Mori to watch to quickly finish the game

Ok but no matter what they do to improve solo queue it will give the same result, killer mains will complain for anything, it's an anti slug mechanic and quicker endgame for everyone it's not bad, 45 seconds is very long and if it's a problem I'm sure they will nerf UB after PTB
average kill rate is 61% probably 70 for solo Q, just chill out and wait PTB

What are solo survivors going to do when a team mate gets slugged halfway across the map when they know they have Unbreakable?
Before you would try to rescue them.
Now there's no incentive to do that. For one you're risking getting downed yourself and triggering Last Standing Mori, and secondly they can jus get themselves up in 45 seconds (but more realistically 60 seconds when they balance it after the PTB).
So now getting slugged will be a guaranteed 45(60)s wait on the ground doing nothing.
Soloq will be every man and woman for themselves.
Alternatively killers simply won't slug at all because they know they risk you getting yourself back up again, so without slugging, getting downed is a guarantee that you'll get hooked, there's no chance of a rescue from a team mate, no chance to avoid that hook.

The back burner is this not being in the game this year. That's the back burner. Like the back burner they should take away solo queue updates from.
