My humble request for the proposed Mori changes

I often like to give my last survivor the hatch because moments where the killer gives me the hatch are some of my favorites in this game. I propose when the final survivor is downed the rest of the team dies and you are given a small 10 second long choice where you may choose Mercy or Mori, if you make no choice Mori is automatically selected. If you choose Mercy you are show dropping the survivor into the hatch before slamming it closed behind them.

You can lose the 4k blood point bonus for the mercy that's fine with me I would still like to let some cuties out of the game :)

Yeah, I think the killer should get the choice as well. I think some of the most epic interactions happen in the endgame between the killer and the last survivor, whether the killer chooses to give hatch or not. I'm almost tempted to put together a video compilation of such interactions that I've experienced. XD

I'd rather waiting 10 seconds give the survivor mercy to prevent bm.

I echo Cybil's sentiment but would also ask to allow the Killer to choose which Survivor to Mori/Mercy in the case of a multi-Surv slug. I shouldn't have to fight tooth and nail to get the fun Survivor to follow me and get them falsely accused of "working with Killer" just because I wanted them to get hatch compared to the Surv who annoyed me.

I actually am kinda diggin' on this idea as well.

People are saying that you can still spare survivors, you just don't down them and let them escape. Yea...but then they'll think they escaped on their own, and as a killer, I have a rep to protect, lol.

There is a reason killers prefer to carry survivors to the hatch. I will only speak for myself, but I want them to know I could have killed them, but chose not too. A popular streamer worded it as "We want the credit", which isn't entirely wrong.

I think in a game full of a lot of bullies and toxic behavior, sometimes these little acts of kindness help restore our faith in humanity, lol. So yes, I am down with a "Make your Choice: Mori or Mercy"
