Ada's Face Bug

Ada's face appears bloated and distorted during a match and even on the result screen as it shows on the screenshot, this howeve does not happen on the survivor menu, her face appears normal in there.

This seems to only happen with her default skin.

    Also happens on Jill and other female survivors. It seems it happens only when escaping with an item.

    PS5 I looted that medkit from the chest in trial.

    Also some characters have distorted mouths during repair, hooked or healing animations, dunno if its related or not
