    Close your game all the way out and log back in, if on PS4. Suspended has that happen sometimes

    It's probably only for consoles.
    We all know they hate console players (because... reasons) so they give them less rituals. That's why you won't get the DLC anytime soon.

    This happens to me from time to time.... dunno why.
