Just a thought..... about the old patch and the recent last survivor PTB

Hey everyone~! Hope your all doing well!

So as I was hearing about the PTB set up with the Last survivor standing mode a thought occurred to me, and I wanted to see what other people thought. So DBD has been caught between being a party game and a competitive game. Well.... first their was the big meta change on perks. Killers got big boosts, Survivors got a base kit BT that can be used to absorb hits and counter game play. Especially with the adjustments to off the record and BT itself. Further a LOT of perks that survivors could use for self saving benefits or AKA second chance perks got nailed to the ground and some of the perks that kind of gave us second chances are seemingly being adjusted as well. What does this all add up to? Casual/average/people who are not the best at running the killer are getting plastered. It is now feeling like a message of focus on teamwork AKA SWFT or..... get good. Not much room for anything else. And truthfully the still nightly 100% blood point bonus to get more survivors really does show that to me... even though this really dose not give me any proof it just makes me feel like its a symptom of the above problem.

Now! This new PTB drops... and this to say the least no matter if you like it or not it forces more dynamic and team work oriented play, now... it feels like DBD is moving further away from being a party game and more of a competitive type game. If im right..... we are going to see a lot more..... some would say “unfair” changes? But these changes would be pushing the action and forcing a more team V.S. Killer not Team Escaping killer. In short survivors HAVING to run more aggressive to make those plays that will allow for a team win. What this means to me as well is that if I am right then Behavior realllllllly needs to add in Comms for survivors. Not a symbol chart showing what everyone is doing but actual for the love of everything Communications built into the game. Because.... if the game actually goes this route Killers will get harder to beat even more and easier to play over being a survivor. If that happens their really wont be room at all for the average or casual player who cant talk to their team. What do you think?

Buddy they are literally trying to change the unfun parts of the game and thats it.

Thats what the 10 second BT with a nice speed boost was about. Thats what the 10 second increased gen speeds was about and thats what the built in anti slug idea is about.

Stop overthinking about stuff like this so much that you stop making any sense whatsoever.

You have a fair point, I understand what you are saying. I prefer the game to be more oriented to solo and casual players than a team/competitive Playstyle. I dont think this PTB has very good changes in general.
