Survivors giving up and then spectate.
I had many survivors in the past few weeks that gave up either early game or when they were second stage and then they stayed until the end of the match to spectate. I ask them "why did you give up and then spectate all the match" and the best answer I got was "me tunnel" (i'm not joking). Just play and don't screw over the team since you'll stay anyway, please <3

I’ve been running into this a lot. The latest one was against a Nurse, a two man SWF DCd at 3 gens because they got themselves slugged. Only me and Mikaela left, the Mikaela gets slugged because the Nurse wanted the 4K I guess. As I am sneaking over to the Mikaela I get a PSN msg telling me to just give up and DC; it was one of the players who just DC’d. I got the Mikaela up, pointed her to my gen and got the attention of the Nurse. Now, I’m not a pro or anything but it was cowshed and I was using LOS blockers very well… I proceeded to run the Nurse while the Mikaela finished the last 2.5 gens (what a BOSS, after a double DC). The Nurse breaks off and goes to the wrong gate, and thankfully Mikaela had opened the other. We both got out.
In the end game screen, I get another msg saying “well done”, I answer “never give up, ggs!”. I should have asked him why he stayed to spectate after DCing, because I just don’t understand it.
I guess they have to wait out the penalty so maybe they think “may as well watch some DBD “?
