Anybody else on PS4 being disconnected to the point that their PS4 freezes?

I will be playing a match normally, and at any random time the game will lose it's audio or some other weird thing will be missing and about 5-10 seconds later the game will freeze. Sometimes it happens at the end of the match when transitioning to the scoreboard.

The times it happens during a match I'm usually playing against an SWF and I'll be messaged afterwards by someone asking "why'd you d/c? lololol". That made me think it was some kind of attack, but we're on dedicated servers... right? I've checked my router logs, too, and nothing strange popping up except I see some communication on UDP 7778 and UDP 7780 about 5-10 minutes before it happens - usually right when the match starts. afaik these have nothing to do with this game. All other communication takes place on TCP 443. Other than that, every IP, and all traffic coming from an Amazon data center. One in oregon, one in cali.

Regardless of how it happens, there's no way to correct the issue without unplugging, hard resetting, or letting my PS4 sit until it turns itself off.
