game is crashing after i installed new update. I sent error report but matchmaking is still locked. if peoples games are crashing because of update why is this matchmaking lock still in effect. its not like we are DC'ing

Had it crash on me playing as killer on Steam as well. Once the penalty cooldown went away I played survivor, then had 3 killers in a row DC randomly. None were doing bad so it felt really odd for them to randomly quit like that. For my issue I was Bubba on Garden of Joy. It crashed when I tried vaulting the window in the gazebo during a chase.
