The pants are tier 67 and the rift has only been out for like 3 hours, it's really fast

That's the exact thing I thought, it wasn't even Yui who brought that offering and probably camping and tunneling her cost her a 3 man escape.

Edit: Rebecca's perk did do something though; it won the game for the survivors. Unfortunately, you were the sacrificial lamb. That sucks

I guess it's because most often than not if they can hit their hatchets they can get more than 1 kills that way but this one decided to throw (besides Yui she only has one more hook on Rebecca who funnily enough brought the offering and in the end still escaped)

Huntress is a pretty effective camping killer too I guess but I just find an unusually high number of them will camp and hard tunnel for the most trivial reasons or no reason at all

Can't say I haven't seen it happen. I remember going against a Huntress who was tunneling David hard and we all had to come bodyblock to protect him.
I think it's a natural instinct for newer players because the people I've seen camp and tunnel the most is indeed the newer ones, this Huntress had like only one perk unlocked but David was also a newbie. And Huntress is free from the start so it's only natural new players would play her, and most often than not they do get away with it if left unchecked. (not just Huntress, anyone who tunnels even if they're simply new)

Ah okay that explains a lot in this case then as I have seen a lot of obviously new killers start their killering career hard camping and tunnelling as they assume that is how everyone must play the game lol. Probably a good point that so many are Huntress as she is indeed free and quite popular too

You can get away with it though, and if survivors is trying to bodyblock or catch your attention they do get hit after all in their attempt to save their teammate. I would guess the counter to that is doing gens but that still guarantees a kill and maybe more until all gens are done.
