Blight Serum on Wesker
Is the most fun thing for me in this event. It is so fun to be able to move fast around the map and still have your power to move fast.
You know those times when you hook a survivor and try to bound and then realize you only had one token? Completely gone. You just get to move fast, and then you get to move fast again.
I don't think it's OP, but i absolutely love it. I wish we could keep the Blight Serum for killers after the event. I'd just hoard so many of these things.
Bonus fun/tilting points for forgetting you have it and rushing directly into a wall cuz you were thinking about your bound instead.

I still believe it should be basekit for Nemesis.
It replicates his horrifying sprint towards player so well.
He should be able to use the exact same charge at cost of a few mutation points & lengthy cooldown.

Honestly, It would really help him to have a sprint that's like on a cooldown, or even if it's like the serum where it recharges every time you hook someone...or both. It would definitely help his map pressure.

I think it shouldn't be for map pressure.
It should only serve as some kind of a catch up / quick approach tool.
Like, it shouldn't have very quick uptime or low cost, it should just be used to quickly rush towards survivor like to counter shift+w (partially) or to approach survivor on gen.
I don't think Nemesis should be able to zoom across the map in a blight's or wesker's manner.
