Held hostage
A survivor bodyblocked me in the corner after I opened a chest for like 4-5 mins until the killer came and hit them. Is that bannable offense? I report them in game and I have video proof. Should I submit a ticket or its a waste of time?

Yes, that's bannable, though follows an escalation system before a permanent ban is issued. Report and file an additional support ticket with any further information including photo/video evidence if you have it.

Waste of time you have it so easy at the moment...
DC is never recommended and whilst there is no penalty at the moment, not that you should ever DC..........
You can't report certain players or identify them with the new hide settings..... you can 'BLOCK' them which lets face it does that even work?

You can actually report anonymous mode players, the ingame report will flag the match and the support agents will be able to find the player once they read your ticket. So they definitely should report if they have proof.
The blocking option has another function, that is to prevent them from further contacting you.

There is no in game 'REPORT' like there usually was. For players with anonimity switched on their is only 'BLOCK'.

You can report them the exact same way you do with all players. There's a 👍🏻/👎🏻 button that makes you do that, even with anonymous mode on.

If you click at the end of their leaderboard slot (where there is the "escape", "dead", "killer" logo), you'll access the menu in which you can give them a thumbs up or report them for either harassment, griefing, etc. It's a different place than where you click on their username (it's not made obvious, I'll give you that). That way it's still possible to report anonymous mode players !
At least it worked that way in my experience on pc :)

Reports are made on the endgame board, not before the game happens. Try to access the menu I talked about at the end of your game, it should be there !
