self preservation challenge does not complete

• Description of the issue: self preservation challenge does not complete no matter what i do even when going against a farming killer and jumping in a locker as soon as a chase starts challenge does not complete (all tomes with this challenge has the same issue)
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): jump in a locker during chase and finish the game
• How often does this occur: every game

I've been having this issue too. I tried to do it for about a week before I realized that it was bugged. I'm trying to 100% every tome, so this is a massive issue for me.

Behavior needs to fix them. I’ve noticed this in multiple tomes.
