Pentimento to the shrine

Another perk of the artist already was in the shrine, only makes sense to put pentimento in the shrine also. I feel like dbd devs hate putting perks that actually do good in the shrine... Please, i tried playing artist in the ptb and didn't like it so i decided not to get her with shards so i won't have to play her ever from dailies lol

Why do you think there are almost always 50% free perks in the shrine? It's to keep DLC perks out for longer.
