We need more time limits.
The hacker holding hostage change was a start. But that isn't the only way to do it.
Just now I had enough time to maybe get in 3 killer matches before I had to carry on with my day. Nope.
Instead, once one survivor died the other 3 COMPLETELY gave up and just decided to hide with zero intention of doing anything. Obviously the game isn't designed for killers to find survivors who aren't actually doing anything. I get to spend well over 15 minutes just walking around trying to find the random spots they've decided to void crows at.
A match that should've ended at 4:45 ended at 5:07. Now I have enough time to just post this.
There needs to be some type of control where if survivors don't touch gens for certain amounts of time then their auras start to automatically be shown to the killer or something. Obviously this would require some consideration as they could void this over and over. Design it to be full proof where voiding it becomes harder and harder. There is absolutely ZERO reason there should ever be more than a minute or so on no gens.
I also seriously DO NOT understand survivors who are willing to do this. You seriously want to sit around for 20 minutes doing NOTHING? To think I was even being NICE to them because I decided I would let the person who walked into the same exact trap twice DS me. They didn't have DS so I just dropped them. This was my reward.

There is no reason where there should ever be more than a minute or so not on gens ?
I don't think so.
- You can play team healer and be constantly unhooking and healing with little time in between.
- You can need to reset while a killer holds a powerful 3-gen.
- You can be chased for longer than a minute (granted, I usually can't)
- People can be all scrambling around looking for their Plaything totem or for NOED (before EGC).
So yeah, not being on gens for a minute or two happens for very legit reasons.
That being said : I completely agree that survivors being so non cooperative are a real pain. Why they think they're smart for wasting their time (and yours) like this is beyond me.
