DH is already powerful if used correctly.

No, DH is already good in the right hands and can easily prolong loops. No buffs needed

Dead hard is ass after the exhaustion nerf you're much better off running balanced landing

Balanced is literally the strongest exhaustion perk right now. My god I'm just in love with it.

Dead Hard can be really good but if there is a lag it is useless sometimes.

    That's a matter of opinion.

Every since the nerf, it's the complete opposite.

Any sprint-like perk went down in strength tremendously from the exhaustion nerf... and well, adaption.

Dead Hard went up in superiority BECAUSE of the nerf. Majority of the time - if you have DH and Self Care, by the time you're down self caring, you got your dead hard back. In fact, when you're healthy, you don't have to worry about your exhaustion timer either unlike with Sprint-based exhaustion perks.

Not to mention, BL you can't prolong just any loop unlike Dead Hard. Dead Hard can be used at any given time and loop and if placed in the right hands, feels impossible to catch the person.

Also, what do you do if you used your BL and the killer caught of and injured you? You're way more vulnerable than you are with Dead Hard. Hell, i don't even heal anymore because of how good Dead Hard is.

Only time BL is better than DH is on Haddonfield or The Game.

In regards to OP, I think DH is strong as it is.

I disagree , balanced landing  opens up way more loops and has an effect even when exhausted as to where dead hard is activated when you're about to get hit and it's a one time use whole being chased now with the Nerf , it's no different than if I 360 the killer and he missed a swing that's all it's good for is one swing

No. Balanced landing opens up new loops on every map. It's more complicated then DeAd HaRd LeTs Me LoOp LoNgEr. Balanced makes really strong loops in every maps except the one with a tree in the middle. For example, in the Boat Swamp map, the boat is an efficient loop thanks to balanced landing and both the windows become loopable. You have little chance of getting caught if you mindgame it. Dead hard can't do that.

Btw while we're on the topic of dead hard, even Sprint burst outclasses Dead hard. With it, you can make a killer avoid a hit but also gain distance (3 hits to down). You can counter a Nurse who blinks, a Spirits phase, a Billy/Leatherface's saw, Hags trap triggering, Pigs dash, Wraiths speed burst, Clowns tonic (if timed perfectly), Legions frenzy (if timed perfectly) and a hatchet. With a small downside of walking around.

Dead hard counters traps, bodyblockers and lets you loop longer. The tierlist of Exhaustion perks is more like this:

Balanced then Sprint burst, then Dead hard then Lithe. Obviously Dead hard is still an amazing perk but not even comparable to Balanced or Sprint burst.

I bet if it wasn't for Tru3, I doubt Dead hard would even be so meta. It's a great perk obviously but Balanced landing and Sprint burst outclass it.

BL is only really good because of the reduces stun time, not because if the sprint itself. It makes certain building loops like on haddonfield to a nightmare for the killer.
Other than that, DH is absolutly superior

    Whoa whoa whoa...

First of, people were using Dead Hard once the exhaustion nerfs hit. Don't blame a streamer that has nothing to do with the meta.

Secondly, that's because of the reduced stun time. Not from the sprint itself. Even then, Balanced Landing does not prevent a hit. Like, rarely. It gives you distance, like any Sprint-based perk.

Sorry for my rudeness but it's hilarious that you think Sprint Burst is better than Dead Hard against a Spirit or a Nurse.... like have you played with Dead Hard at all?

Dead Hard is a direct counter to the Nurse's Blink. You are GUARANTEED to not be hit with it. That means, your 3 hit-down still applies.

Like ######### dude, you do realize SB is baited out like DH right? You wait for the Sprint Burst, and then you charge up your blink or go into phase walking. If you think distance against a distance-closing killer is better than PREVENTING a hit they must take.... I can't credit you.

Also not to mention, what about those times when you're injured and you needed Dead hard to get to a window? That could of bought you countless more loops.

What about at a pallet? Dead hard there and you're either gaurenteed a safe pallet drop or 1 more loop around that pallet. ACTIVATED AT ANYTIME YOU WANT BY A PRESS OF A BUTTON.

Dead Hard can counter all of the above that you posted too. Infact, you're invulnerable almost when you have Dead Hard unlike Sprint Burst, Lithe, or BL. You can be hit before you drop, before you sprint (it's happened) or as you're vaulting. Dead Hard prevents those hits.

Dropping from heights loses distance anyway. It's weak to even with BL because of the time it takes to drop and the animation. Regardless. It's still a good perk, but I'm going to have to utterly disagree with you. It's the best exhaustion perk. It's a bigger clutch than Adrenaline. Anyone who's good at this game would agree DH outclasses all exhaustion perks.
Sure, it's great on the boat map, but unlike Dead Hard, Balanced Landing is not always viable on every map. And there's more non-viable maps than Shelter Woods. Dead Hard is viable on every single map in every situation. Sooo...

Btw, walking makes you lose map pressure.

    Maybe let's agree to disagree.

Dude I used to main with Dead hard I know exactly how it works and I also know that it's very buggy at times as well and even the slightest lag can totally screw you over , it's a one time use in a chase and doesn't give you the distance to properly break LOS and evade the killer , any killer worth a ######### will bait that dead hard out and smack you down injured because that's the only time it works compared to BL being usable when healthy to get away, as you say we can agree to disagree but I've tested it myself and for me BL is a better perk I guess we can leave it as you have your opinion and I have mine , I'm not gonna get upset and argue over a perk in this game

I like this idea. DH is pretty broken right now though, there are times when you DH and the killer still hits you, even when you’re in a good distance from them.

Its a one time dodge and then it’s pretty useless for the next 40 seconds or so... so it’s not really that strong as the people are exaggerating above...
