I played 3 matches in PUBG x DBD, still no Code
I’m on PlayStation and it keeps saying “play the event now” under the Dwight cosmetic.
Help please 🙏

At least you got to play it. Mine just says play the event now. No start mission button or anything.

Edit: If it says “play the event now”, it’s all good. You just need to play 1 or maybe a few more matches of the dbd mode, then the “play the event now” will go away and instead it says “claim code” or something.

But that's just it I can't play the Dbd mode. That's what I am trying to get into. I go onto the website through the in-game banner and it has no Start Mission button. Just says Play the event now;

I'm on Playstation too and saw that screen. Here's what you need to do. There should be an icon for the DbD event in the bottom right. Hold down the touchpad (the big middle button) until it takes you to the screen where you pick whether you want to play as survivor or killer. You start the match from that screen.
However, I think you need to have a PUBG (Krafton) account to get the code. I played a match and still wasn't able to "Claim Reward," but once I created a PUBG/Krafton account and linked my PSN ID to the PUBG account, the code showed up in PUBG.

It’s a very confusing procedure. It took me a while to find everything too. Also the PUBG tutorial is a mess imo, I’ll definitely uninstall after the dbd is over. I like the dbd mode though, it’s fun!

Yh I had issues with it yesterday lol my microsoft edge browser disappeared off my xbox for no apparent reason and i couldn't claim my code on any other browser. Had to reset my xbox twice before it reappeared and i could get my code. Love the new cosmetic, used to love playing pubg before it became stupid on cosmetics and microtransactions. 🙄 they really had to do the box and key thing.

You need to wait for the dbd banner to appear in the top right corner of the main lobby. Then press L3, the browser window appears, then scroll down to the end to see „claim reward“ or something under the Dwight skin.
