Is Bubba really THAT bad?
I can’t be the only person that actually have fun playing against bubba. I understand he’s known for camping and tunneling which is annoying sometimes. But the bubba’s I encounter are never that bad. Sometimes I do get toxic bubba’s but you can encounter toxicity with any killer. He’s not really a strong killer unless he’s running a basement build. Camping is pretty easy to deal with especially if you have reassurance or if you’re with a swf. But that may just be my experience so I would like to hear everyone else’s.

Bubba is stupidly overrated. People only find him fun because you’re looping him like a regular killer half the time, and if not your predropping every pallet. Not to mention the fact that if you loop them for anything over 25 seconds your guaranteed to get hardcamped, even when it’s the least effective thing to do in that moment.

In my experience, the Bubbas with the blue jacket are really bad with the camping, but most play normally in general. He’s one of my favorite killers in both roles.
When I play AS him, I have to carefully avoid basement. People tend to D/C on the way down there even before they see me hook and leave.

The reason bubbas camp is because not only is he the best at it with multiple downs.
Unless your running chili and speed addons he ######### SUCKS!!
They should make him not so reliant on addons and make his basekit better

the difference between chili and no chili is day and night, chainsaw way too short duration without addons

Personally. I would make purple chili basekit and then nerf the chili addons. So he’s not reliant on them

hm I think the yellow chilli basekit would be fine, then make it only one chilli addon that brings it up to the purple level

Bubba is super fun to play against when he's not a camper. He's got a good push-pull - he's extremely strong in some tiles and pretty weak in others, so it's about knowing where to run and not letting him herd you somewhere dangerous.
But so many of them camp and you can't do anything about that unless the Bubba is dumb about it. Even Reassurance is generally useless because you have to enter the instadown zone to apply it. Head On and Flashbang can sometimes let you pull off saves, but any strat that requires you to have a perk to defuse it is broken by default.
He's a great killer bogged down by a lot of low-effort players and griefers.

My idea was to make purple chili basekit so by default his charges are 2.50 seconds each.
but the chilis are nerfed to where yellow is 0.10 and purple chili is 0.15 seconds so combined it’s pretty much like the old chili addons stacked but you don’t need the addons
