PC - "Evil Incarnate" achievement did not register
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as The Shape in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, kill all four survivors within TIER III of Evil Within
Step 4 : Notice the achievement does not register on PC/Steam
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Character played: The Shape
- Perks played: Play with your food, No way out, Enduring, Deadlock
- Map: Dead Dawg Saloon
- Frequency of the issue: Only happened once, will not attempt again due to rarity of addons

As my post is irrelevant since it's already been posted here, I'll ask here; has anything changed at all? Has anyone managed to get it after a while of trying or is no-one else trying multiple times like me? Or any new info?

Still not fixed at this time.
The devs are saying....Acknowledged does not mean that the bug is fixed; finding out what's causing a bug and fixing it can take a while. I am eagerly awaiting it too, but for now I trust that the devs do their best. I'm sure there will be a patch note when it's fixed.

Same issue for me.
I did Evil Incarnate twice now according to criteria, without it being granted. The latest game earlier today.
I got all 4 kills with the kill animation of Evil Within III, no disconnects.
Was using Fragrant Tuft of Hair, Judith's Tombstone, Lethal Pursuer, Play with your Food, Barbecue & Chili (as pointless as that was for this attempt) and Spies from the Shadow.
Also used a Black Ward offering in this latest attempt - though not the previous one.
The first time doing it, I got the Blood On Your Face achievement, so it's clearly specific to this achievement.

Many duplicates were posted for this bug as well. Indeed, this bug is really bad. But, everyone, can't we all just calm down a little and stop this many duplicates? I don't think the devs would like that.

It is one of my last achivements on PC. I tried it literally over 30 times and someone always denied me the mori by jumping into a locker. So when I finally got it, I was so happy that I was shaking. Unfortunately, the achivement is bugged as I can see in this post. Can you please fix it and reward me with the achivement because I really don't want to do that anymore. It's not fun and just really really hard.

I used the perks Deadlock, Corrupt intervention, Play with your food, Insidious
We were playing on Raccoon City Police Department.
I just accured today. As the achivement was always denied to me.
