First sacrifice of the match does not count for Devout emblem

This happened to me as the Clown. I've encountered this bug for at least two games before the one shown below. In this match, I sacrificed two survivors, which should guarantee the silver Devout emblem requirement of 40 points, but I only got 20 points for SURVIVOR SACRIFICES, which indicates that one of the sacrifices was not counted. In one of the matches prior to this one, I failed to reach the Ruthless Killer threshold due to the game not counting one of the sacrifices I made. The following screenshots are of my most recent match, demonstrating how I only received 20 Devout points, despite two of the survivors having the "sacrificed" status.
