Idea
So I've been watching all the popular DBD Streamer killers like Otz and Tru3ta1ent and Spooknjukes. I was watching the all killers challenge with no add ons and perks. Wouldn't it be more accurate if you had all the survivors perkless for the challenge as well? I think it would show which side actually has the advantage that many on here argue about. Would like opinions.

Depends on the map.
The players.
The individual map RNG.
The items and add-ons allowed for Killers/Survivors.
The Offerings allowed.
The MMR level they play at.
Also, the general balance sort of goes like this.
Comp-Level Matches:
Survivor-sided against Killers except the top tier one's where it becomes either even or less Survivor-sided.
This is because there are generally restrictions placed on both sides.
Highest-Level Public Matches:
Survivor-sided against all but the best Killers.
No restrictions or limitations placed on either side. Generally defaults to whoever has the better add-ons/items wins but it is generally Survivor-sided.
High-Level Public Matches:
Even. Players are just good, but they aren't sweating for the 4K or for the 4E.
There's a fair variety of Killers and they probably aren't using the strongest add-ons.
Average-Level Public Matches:
Even or slightly Killer-sided.
Here's where you find a lot of gen regression perk stacking and Survivors unable to keep up. Not everyone plays like that though.
Low-Level Public Matches:
Very Killer-sided.

Also to do the SWF vs Solo. Make it to where the group of solo can't use communication like discord and the SWF team with discord. I think doing all these would show more accurate results.

No add ons or perks or offerings allowed on both survivors and killers. And map do each map. Just as a little test.

Some maps can have widely different RNG.
Coal Tower could spawn awful tiles and be super Killer-sided or it could spawn Jungle Gyms and Ormond Gyms that loop through the whole map.

There has to be a way for this game to be analyzed thoroughly though. Unless BHVR doesn't really care about balance. I could be wrong though. Just a thought.

I think, a long time ago, there was mention of an internal tile weight system that would stop pallets and tiles from spawning too often.
Don't know if that was just an idea or if it actually got added.
