This is also not a hostage situation. If you are unable to hook a player due to no nearby hooks, then you can leave them downed, they will bleed out.

The point of the game is to hook them. Grated I didn't know i could mori them. Still no excuse for their behaviour though

Great, so all survivors are prohibited to play like this. Find a spot far away from a hook, Don't do gens etc and bleed out? Fantastic!

I just love it how you dont react to any response in this Thread and just keep on ranting even half an hour later. Just move on and go to the next game, really. There was no hostage-taking. Yes, the Survivors were not nice, but whatever?

Keep downing them the Bleed out timer dosnt reset after they get up. So eventually they will die.

Because it's a way to keep the game from being held hostage....if they didn't have it then a slugged survivor could crawl to a far corner of the map where the Killer can't find them and the game never ends

It's just normal survivor time wasting, they'll complain about you wasting their time by not hooking in them iafter they either crawled to a corner or sat under a pallet.
Then in the next game they'll sit in the exit gate wasting your time. Just treat all survivors as the same, Carrion, No respect, no mercy just kill them, fast or slow, just kill them.

As I've said, the previous PTB test with the mori finisher and the ability for survivors to get themselves up from the dying state without the use of a perk, is not guaranteed to come to the Live game in the same way as it was tested on the PTB. We were very clear that this was an early test and we would be making changes based on feedback - it will likely go through a couple of iterations before it's implemented (if it is implemented), and more PTB's. So imagining scenarios based on what was previously tested isn't applicable to the situation that the OP is experiencing.

The devs did this to themselves with awful game design. Wasting a players time or allowing something that's easily abusable in an online game is unacceptable.
