1-2 Perk Slots more Aura reading are only allowed (only for solo players)

it would be nice if the solo q can take more information perks without having to do without other perks, I'm talking about 1-2 special perk slots that can only be filled with aura reading perks (like Kindred for example)

the swf has all the information for free, if soloq also wants to have this you have to use perk slots for it, i.e. in addition to the fact that the solo q is much weaker than swf, you also have less choice for perks if you want the info like a swf

every game really every ! has at least team communication or team icons for the solo player, except dbd bhvr will probably take years and if you want to get it in you'll get a pat on the back from the community, although that's a given (as in any game) than recorded in csgo they have ingame voice if you don't want to talk there is an ingame chat to write, if you don't even want that you can give instructions they have 3 options dbd nothing for over 6 years

sorry, i know you don't like criticism and sometimes even block people for it, but it's a fact, bhvr is the slowest dev team i've ever seen in an online game, in the mid chapter patch you saw it again, 1 1/2 Months to do something and what did we get ? Hag Chase music and Flashlight click block, come on I hope that's not taken seriously, the giga MID CHAPTER PATCH they could have sold it to us as a bugfix patch, I would believe that this is a bufix patch

I'm drifting, but please finally bring something for the solo q or do you really want to take years to make something like that ? why do other development teams get it easy and fast ?

Nah, better balance the SoloQ overall rather than just bandait fix it with more perks.

Soloq needs actual fixes rather than just more perk slots

I don't care what exactly comes in for the solo q, the main thing is that there's finally something for the solo, there are so many good ideas that can be implemented quickly and easily in the game, but I've known bhvr for years, like many others who need forever for things where other developer studios take weeks at most months, and in the end things don't even work properly in dbd

And with the perk slot idea, it's only temporary until bhvr brings something else in (thus Kindred basekit without it being a basekit for solo q)

So the killer faces at least 18 perks vs their 4 - worst case with 4 solo survivors 24 perks vs 4?

    No thanks!

Okay, what buffs do killers get to deal with increased efficiency close to SWF? Keep in mind people are still freaking out about .2 second faster weapon wipe and pallet breaks

They could just give that information without the use of perks. But that would require them to actually put in some work to add new features. And that is unacceptable at Behavior Interactive.

SWF get so many perks for free by being on comms:

    • Aftercare
    • Bond
    • Buckle Up - "I've recovered. Someone come pick me up."
    • Empathic Connection
    • Empathy
    • Kindred
    • Open Handed (comms have unlimited range)
    • Rookie Spirit - "Killer chased me off my gen. It's almost done. Someone finish it."
    • Situational Awareness - "I'm working on the gen near cow tree."
    • Wake Up (the aura part) - "The exit behind main building is 99'd."
    • Windows of Opportunity / Any Means Neceesary / Alert (to a degree) - "I had to drop shack pallet."

    You're fine with SWF's 60 perks vs your 4 perks, but not solo's 24??

I'm not 100% sure if the game can even tell if a killer is going up against 4 randos or a team or 2 of SWFs... but any how an idea like this wouldn't be balanced in execution. Survivors would be given too much to work with especially if killer gets nothing to compensate, because there is a handful of really strong aura reading perks.

Not in the slightest, but the SWF ones can't be removed because the comms are not in DBD itself so I don't want BHVR to add an extra 24 to the survivors side to make things even worse.

There is SWF at the top because of all the information they can share on comms, and there is Solo at the bottom because of the lack of information.

Somewhere in the middle lies the killer. Why? Because if they balance around SWF and make killers strong, then solo gets screwed. If they balance around Solo and make killers weak, then the killer gets screwed.

(The devs recently buffed killer, but Solo q did not get any additional information advantages, meaning killer is closer to SWF in strength while solo is still in the same awful place.)

If ALL survivors had the same information available then the killer wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Even then, SWF would still have an advantage because they're playing with the same people match after match instead of strangers who could be playing casually, competively, working on challenges, or just meming around.
