Today is DC I’m a baby day. Lol
We’re gonna get downed. I’ll never understand the suicidal players or DC on the first down. Iv’e played about 10 games today and these players are in half. NO exaggeration.

The game just now Yui got hit by the Wraith she came by me near a pallet. I was gonna take the agro, but the Wraith dropped chase to go elsewhere and the Yui DC’d I don’t get it at all. There has been multiple since starting this thread.. Officially Baby Day not Halloween

I was being chased by a Bubba for about a solid 3-4 minutes. I got hard sandbagged, whatever it happens. I get unhooked, instantly sandbagged again, downed and hooked. Fast forward to the very next game, Wesker is just sitting at every hook and tunneling. Queue the very next game, tunneled off of two hooks in a row by a blight. He choose to kill me instead of defending the last gen, securing the 1k and letting everyone else go.
Sometimes it's the straw that broke the camels back. I don't DC because it takes literally 5 seconds to die on hook. But, make no mistake, nothing is forcing me to play out a game against 4 regression perks.

Yeah, that 2 second chase can be pretty embarrassing. Save themselves the shame and just DC. 💀

They leave you in an early 3v1 which is boring for the killer and near-unwinnable for the survivors. If they were your teammate, you're probably going to depip, and you've wasted your items and offering. You are very much affected by their decision to bail.
There was a ragequitter in over half my games today. Only one DC, but a ton of first hook suicides. I was nice and farmed it out with the other survivors, but damn if that wasn't starting to get old by the end of the night.

How can you have almost 1k posts and think that? If a player DCs then it throws the game. Survivors lose so much gen work, chase time etc. Sure you won't depip. But it basically wastes the game.

If a survivor DCs or suicided on hook right at the start of the game, this basically seals the deal for the other 3 survivors. Sure, if the killer relaxes their game at this point and/or makes some very bad decisions while the survivors really bring all their a-game, then maaaaaaybe they can eek out a win, but for every instance of this happening, there are 30 games were the team just straight up loses with no chance of been given a fair chance, because one selfish person didn't want to play the game they queued up for.

people wont stay to play against killers who lack counterplay and are unfun, is normal they will leave. if they leave for whatever other reason is what it is just suck it and call the killer to also kill you is what i do.

Ive been trying to do Adept Ghostface for the past 5 hours and every match I dont get enough Emblem status needed for Adept because people DC or give up on hook. So yea, DCing/giving up can affect the killer, it just depends on the situation.

This is straight bullshit unless you believe that no killer in the game has counterplay or is fun to play against. I've had people bail on every single killer and every single map, no matter how favorable the game looked for survivors.
People are selfish and flip tables when they get caught first. That's pretty much all there is to it. I can understand a little more with people quitting on Nurse or Legion, but yesterday I was playing Ghostface and Artist and got ragequits on more than half my games. So unless you're saying they lack counterplay...

I play survivor and i get teammates that DC alot it ruins the game for both sides it is what it is
and as you said its literally in half of the matches either a insta DC or a insta suicide on hook...

ghostface ok, Artist? artist is hold W till you die you cant loop a decent artist she also lacks counterplay IF she knows what she is doing tehre is a reason why she is TOP A tier killer.
