New Chapter info today (+PTB probably)
In just few more hours we will have new info on the upcoming DLC. I think (hope) it will be with PTB. I wonder how medieval theme will fit into DbD. It is at least unique theme for a chapter that we didn't have before. Can't wait to see it / test it!

Would be so cool if the Killer can ride a Horse as a form of fast travel or even charge attack lol. Sadly it would not work in DbD. Most indoor maps are not even designed for that (too small doors, etc.)

Is it liscenced? Given how last year they had a crossover with For Honor we could get a medieval chapter with a For Honor thematic, or For Honor cosmetics at the very least. Not sure how that would work though.

I think the word on the street is its a 50/50 we either get for honor or it being original. Even if it is or isn't I would expect for honor themed cosmetics at a later date.

Assuming it’s a Black Knight type killer It’ll be interesting to see what they do to differentiate themselves from Oni who’s also basically an evil knight more or less. Maybe they have a shield they can “block” pallet stuns with if they time it right, for instance, or maybe their sword has a long thrusting reach for lunges. 🤷♂️

There definitely needs to be more originality when it comes to killers. These days it seems Killers fall into one of two groups: map pressure or anti-loop. It would definitely be interesting to see a killer that has an ability that can completely shake off pallets stuns, provided you time it right like dead hard. Obviously such a feature couldn't exist throughout the entire match, but maybe once their special ability is "activated", like the Dredge's darkness ability, it could definitely make for an interesting mechanic. Either way, it would be nice if BHVR would start thinking outside the box.
