For Nurse:
- Just play Nurse lol.
For Trapper:
- Pray to every God.
- Burn all your luck offerings.
- Pick his best addons.
- Pick a map offering that isn't awfull and has good grass or trap spots.
- Roll the Dice

Not saying these are the best ways to earn them, but speaking from personal experience:
For Trapper I used the Trapper Sack add-on + an offering that made the basement spawn in main building. The add-on makes you start the trial with all Bear Traps on hand. The downside is you cannot pick up traps once you put them down. This means I didn't have to waste time going around picking up traps, I could pressure Survivors from the start. Once I got my first down, I hooked them in the basement and then placed an obscene amount of traps in basement and around the main building. To make sure no one would DC (it happens!) I generally stayed away from the basement so that it didn't look like I was camping or being "unfun", but locking down the main building and hooking as many people in basement was how I got his Adept.
For Nurse I used a combination of Spasmodic Breath and Bad Man's Last Breath. Spasmodic disables blinking after you land a Blink Attack, but it makes the Nurse's base movement speed faster (4.6 m/s). This seemed to confuse survivors, who aren't used to Nurse moving that fast. Yes, it makes her an M1 killer but you'd be surprised how cocky survivors can get when they're expecting to mind-game your next Blink but you end up catching up to them fast. The other add-on, Bad Man's, makes her Undetectable after a successful blink attack. It's not that useful but it helps add to the confusion. With Nurse's Calling it helped me catch healing survivors off-guard as well.
Also, I'm a console player so I'm hopeless as Nurse, but turning her into an M1 killer (with the occasional Undetectable) made her easier and less stressful to play!
As with all other Adept achievements, it's really just a matter of trying until you get it. I've gotten all Adept killer achievements not because I play well but mostly because survivors make stupid mistakes. As long as you don't camp too hard and try to hook everyone three times, it's usually enough to get the Adept. As others have said, do this after the rank reset on the 13th so that the requirements for Merciless Killer are a little easier to obtain while you're in Ash / Bronze rank.

Wait for the rank reset. It's much easier to get adepts when the requirements are lower.

Do it on rank reset, play perk hours and pray that you get matched with people that dont do gens...
Mostly it's just rng and luck tbh not much skill

This. You only need 2 iri and 2 gold or 3 iri and 1 silver when you're Ash grade for a double pip. Because of this you don't need a 4k, just a 3k.

Baby Nurses are the most bullied killer in the game.

Like others said, wait until grade reset as double pipping requirements are much lower at Ash grade. May want to wait a few days after reset as a lot of player like to tryhard right after.
At Ash grade focus more on hook states than kills. Getting two hit states per hook will boost your chase emblem so allow them to heal.
For Trapper, always hit the survivor in a trap. If you pick them up it will hurt your chaser emblem.

Devout is bugged, so if you're iri rn don't bother attempting it
