Add greyed out icons to unlocked perks

Add greyed out icons to unlocked perks, add-on and offerings reason to keep better track were every thing is located. A small lock icon maybe doesn't necessary have to be gray.

  Here it would show all the perks (page 1-7) but greyed out/locked.
