Evil Incarnate not achievable on PC
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as Myers
Step 3 : In-game, insta-kill all 4 survivors using Judith's Tombstone + Fragrant Tuft of Hair
Step 4 : No "Evil Incarnate" achievement unlocked
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Perks played: Corrupt Intervention/Play With Your Food/Iron Maiden/Whispers

now that the Halloween event ended, i tried again and it still doesnt work :((

This happened to me yesterday. It’s super disappointing since the only reason I was using Myers + these add-ons was to unlock the achievement.

i just got it now with Judith's Tombstone and Fragrant Tuft of Hair, and I have not received the achievement.

Still not fixed, tried again on PC.

Devout emblem is bugged, and the last kill is not being currently counted. Messing up lots of challenges as well as the achievements & adepts.

It may be fixed now. There was something about an achievement/challenge tracking bug fix in the patch notes.
