Cleansed Totem Not Counting Towards Challenge

Cleansed the totem in RPD, under the desk next to the long rectangular loop on the left side when facing from the front gate. For whatever reason it did not count towards totems cleansed at the end of the match (second page of the current tome if that matters). I know I got the totem because I was using inner healing and used it to heal.

It seems to be a current bug where for me at least if I select a challenge and close the game it will stop counting the progression of the challenge until I unselect and select the challenge again.
