hooks respawning
is there a reason hooks permanently despawn after a kill it just creates safe deadzones for survivors to run too with not much you can do in certain maps ive had games where survivors knew a deadzone and would both would run to that corner and wait till they bleed out just to deny kills. 1 in every roughly 8 games i have to deal with deadzones where i have to drop survivors i feel hooks should just respawn after a couple minutes of a kill it would make more sense to just temporarly break hooks for 1min or 30 seconds each unhook to stop camping but when you get a kill and it disappears seems stupid especially on some maps with few options like rpd and the midwich school

Most of the time (not always) this is skill issue. To explain:
1, recently I had another survivor drop under the hook. Killer picked him up and ignored him just to go to next hook which I saboed into his face (he even swung at me). He was still able to carry that survivor to 3rd hook - no iron grasp/agitation/... on killer side. Meaning hooks are so dense/carry distance so high, that it's killer's choise where to hook - so he can prevent dead zones
2, even if killer creates a deadzone - all he needs to do is find elevation point and drop survivor into stagger effect. Survivor will not be able to escape/get far - so you can move this way away from dead zone rather easily.
That being said. Map corners on some maps can be very unforgiving (especially with stacked hook offerings) and maybe moving some hooks from center into very edges (specifically corners) of the map might be sensible.

Bleedout is a feature in this game. If I can't safely get you to a hook, I'll use it.

Still better than being hooked
