BHVR is giving free rewards.
I don't understand one thing. I had an error almost every day after a match between those days. I got disconnected from a match several times, too. I also had an anti cheat error during the event that prevented me from logging in. This was the report I made and it got fixed.
I don't know if I even got all the daily rewards during this time. But I'm sure I got some of them.
Can I get these rewards or not? I can't check right now in game and I'm just curious 👀

Wait, there were iridescent shards in the halloween rewards? I never got any of those. It was only bloodpoints and rift fragments.

Yeah same. I got only bloodpoints for all I know. But here it says specifically players who got errors during the event will get all of this. I don't know if claiming the rewards and then getting errors counts as well.

Well, i've got a lot of test and exams during the event, can i get the reward too?

I assume it's an automated reward system so if you got the error at some point during the event, you'd get the "rewards". But that's just my assumption based on the wording of this post and how it would have worked in the past (like Bubba losing his masks, presumably they have a system in place to track who actually played as Bubba and who didn't since people who didn't have Bubba didn't get anything).

There wasn't any Iri Shards in the login rewards...the 2k shards that are being given out to players is what roughly they would have earnt had they been able to log in and play during this time.
The reward is being given out as some players were unable to login at all to receive their rewards due to an issue that prevented them from our side, hence this reward being done now for those players. It's automatic and those that were affected have already received the compensation.

Think its to make up for shards that they missed out on from not being able to play the game at all, not just missing out on the log in rewards. They're also getting 16 levels of rift fragments instead of the like 3 we got from just logging in.

Yikes that there was a bug that prevented people from accessing the game at all, though. I would have been miserable if I'd forcibly missed out on the Halloween event. :( I'm glad they got some compensation.

what about those of us who simply didn’t receive login rewards some days or when we weren’t receiving the queue bonuses despite it showing the bonus being active? I had that issue a TON during the Halloween event.

The queue bonus I believe is a visual issue, the bonus is being given but not shown.
This isn't something we're compensating right now, we are focusing on the players who were unable to play at all and couldn't gain anything out of the Event. And we have no reports of some login rewards not proccing for players - we can see that they actually did occur every day they were supposed to...however the rift fragments do not give a pop-up which is why a lot of players felt they weren't getting anything.

How do we access these rewards? I’m one of the players that never made it past the opening cut scene the entire event. I missed the entire experience.

Im not sure what you mean by this. I count the points at the end of the match and I’ve had many many matches where the survivor queue bonus was not given. Usually when it’s given it shows up at the end of your point count as the survivor queue bonus. In cases where it doesn’t show up I did not get the bonus because I checked the point total.

the rewards are automatically added to our players account, so those that were affected should have automatically received them.

I was having issues where I couldnt play the game due to the game closing/crashing, but it was not as bad as everyone else since I was able to play for a decent bit of the event since I ended up re-installing the game multiple times to get my game to work.
I havent received anything despite this, do you know if I will receive compensation for this?

This compensation is for players who couldn't log in at all and missed the login rewards particularly. All those who were being compensated for this issue have, and have received their compensation.

Oh okay then. Did those affected by it also get the Event Tome stuff as well or was it only the login rewards? (Just curious)
