Is the "Bring the light" challenge on Tome 13 Page 3 bugged?

I've got this progress in my first game with the challenge, and then after two more games i repaired 4/5 gens more, but it's still locked in 2/10. I reboot the game and still says 2

  I have the same issue. It says I have one repaired but played two more games with 2 in each game and it's not giving the gens in the challenge.

  Try selecting another survivor challenge, and then bring the light again. That solved the bug for me.

  But i never got the progress of those matches that did not count.
