Mori stole my Adept Clown
I'm 2 Adepts away from getting everyone's adept both killer and survivor, just to show I kinda know how to get them. The clown and Plague, as these two seem to be Toxic killers I saved the easiest for last or so I thought. The screenshots are me breaking down WHY I believe its buggy or at least misleading including proof of the game itself saying I received Merciless Killer... and I did kill all 4 survivors without them powering up the gates, they needed one more gen.
So I believe The Mori even tho it was finger licking good, ruined my glorious victory dance... 😜 Any thoughts on this one?
P.s... I am a Console Player using my One-X because I'm no noob, waiting for the Next edition of Series X to be released if that's even going to happen, and NO, that's not why ... 🤣 Because y'all haters be out there ... 🖖🏻

I'll attempt to please thy master trolls... Lol

Sacrifices are worth the same either way as long as they arent bleed outs, though it can hurt you on total hooks because you need 9 and if you mori 4 people the most you can get is 8

There's been a bug where the last death isn't counting for the killer in trials. It's been effecting tome entries and obtaining adepts. This has been going on for several weeks, since about the time the Halloween event started.

I dont see anywhere where it says you got merciless which you didnt because you didnt double pip, the fact that you mori'd has nothing to do with it unless that had you under the threshold of 9 total hooks.
You did get hit with the current bug that doesnt count the last sacrifice of the match, which makes gold the highest emblem you can recieve in the devout emblem. Which to earn you need to hook everyone once, have 9 total hooks, and 3 of 4 sacrifices since the last one doesnt count.

If you're going for adept don't use mori, can cost you the needed points. Sacrifices to the entity are more worth.

the easier for last? Lol, plague is argubly the most dificult killer to get the adept. yopu literally need to not use your power at all and play m1 basically.

She has another problem that made getting her adept hell to deal with. Her power interactions puking on stuff and corrupt hits dont even net much points towards devious. Literally 25 points just to puke on a gen

Dont trust BPs for Adept achievements, they dont have much to do with it, Adept is based on emblems and a lot of what gives emblem progress doesnt give much BPs while stuff that gives a lot doesnt give emblems. For example snuffing a Boon gives you a good chunk of BPs but 0 emblem progress while landing a normal M1 hit doesnt give you much points but progresses the emblem.
Gatekeeper is the worst offender because it depends on how long the gens took to finish and the Exit Gates remaining closed, both conditions dont have a single BP event related (Exit Gates closed has a point event where you open them and gives you points but lowers your Gatekeeper emblem).
