Killer Perk Suggestion
Rattled Nerves
After being hit by a basic attack, the next healing/repairing/sabotaging skill check the survivor makes in the next 60/90/120 seconds is an automatic failure. This does not produce a sound notification for the killer.
Balance: Few perks utilize failed checks. Mostly because survivors rarely fail them. This perk is useful because it offers a little slowdown in terms of healing or gen work, but also if the survivor manages to escape the chase, the failed check still coming with them. The sound notification has been removed to avoid encouraging tunneling. Also if the perk isn't strong enough, an increased failure penalty could get added, but I think it's fine as is.

Interesting idea i suppose, but I see no use of it with no notification sound/bubble. The idea would work better as to mark them and to not lose track of them.

The reason is because a failed skillcheck is -10% on progression and pauses any interactions for 3 seconds. Plus if the survivor uses any item (say to heal themselves) then it's going to eat charges. So unless the survivor starts an untouched generator, then something will get a nice regression.
Now, combine that with Overcharge, or the extra -6% Lullaby gives, and it really slaps.
