Selfcare healing time

Does anyone have the Numbers on Selfcare ?
As far as i know you heal at 35% normal healing speed. Wich would mean the calculation would look something like this:
16/0.35 = 46 (roughly)
Is this actually correct ? Cause i think that's a little bit insane. It shouldn't take you half a Gen to heal yourself.
