Survival Treasures Trophy Won't Unlock - All platforms

The trophy "Survival Treasures" is bugged and won't unlock. It has been bugged since update 6.2.0. This renders the Dead by Daylight Platinum unachievable. It's been unobtainable for 3 months now. Multiple people have come across this bug. The trophy requires you to bring a new item to the campfire. I have tried to take another player's item back to the campfire, and that didn't work. I've tried to take an item from a chest and bring it back and that didn't work either. The trophy is bugged. It appears to be bugged for every platform.
