Killer Devout impossible to obtain Irridescent

I'm pretty sure within the game right now, it's literally impossible to get a double pip on Killer when in iridescent rank as obtaining an Iridescent in Devout is literally impossible no matter what you do or how good your game goes. I've yet to get an Iridescent devout once in 50 games. If this isn't a bug for everyone, it certainly is for PS4, or at least some PS4 players.

I can confirm the same behavior on PS5. 12 hooks -- gold "Devout" emblem.
