Deliverance shouldn't give build in BT (Endurance)
Deliverance shouldn't give built in borrowed time. It lets them body block at the exit gate for free, you can't kill them, they just run out. In the same sense DS is disabled in endgame, Deliverance should be too, or no endurance

I disagree. It's the same idea as disabling no way out endgame.
The perk is designed to work exactly once AND you need to safely unhook for it to work. Overall if you were not able to hook someone at least once before end game AND at end game you hook him next to a gate, it's on you that he can unhook himself and have protection for 10s.

You're wrong but ok. Its the same premise as DS shutting down to stop someone from abusing it and letting you get a kill. Just had it happen, survivor used a syringe first chase, prolonged it on massive map, pretty damn impossible to win on an M1 killer at that point. DS can be used "exactly once" as well and is shut down in endgame for this reason.
Body blocked at gate to stop another down, then has a free unhook and run out. Not what the perk is intended to do

I think you are wrong. Robing survivors of BT even end game means all killers every time (baring flash or sabo save - which are not possible without specific perk/item) will get free kill and there would be nothing survivors can do about that one. Just stay under the hook, let them unhook and once survivor is on a ground hit M1 before he can move. BT can't be disabled. That would be free kill without any counterplay. Reason why DS & OTR were disabled endgame is, that it provided free escape without any counterplay.
For killer there is a counterplay - don't hook survivor next to a gate.

Does not matter if it's deli or not. Facecamping at endgame is valid regular thing. It changes nothing.
And if you are unable to hook them anywhere else, then take that loose. The enemy team clearly outplayed you. You had your chance before.
I just finished the game with pig where I successfully camped out last survivor (on groaning storehouse). The trick was to hook far away from gate. Pig is regular M1 killer.

I think it's fine.
The 10 seconds gives you a chance to escape. If you're close enough to the gate to escape no matter what, then the killer probably should've hooked you further away if they could've regardless of Deliverance.
If it was disabled, then it'd be no different than how it was before where the killer can just hit you off the hook and you have no chance to get anywhere.

So you wasn't able to hook the person even once through the whole game and now you say their escape was free? They pretty much earned it.
It is not the same as DS and OTR, not even close. DS and OTR work for both hooks, Deli works for the first hook only and only if you unhook someone safely first; DS and OTR give protection which is sooo long survivor can escape being solo and being hooked far far away from the gates. Deli doesn't have it. Deli gives only base-kit BT and you have counters for it. Safe escape with base-kit BT requires a setup which obtainable by killer's mistakes or by teamwork only and all those things aren't free indeed.
And it's nothing different as unhook in your face or 4%.

Don't face-camp their hook and go chase their teammates, and you won't get in this situation where they can bodyblock you with 10 seconds of endurance.

I swear no one even reads. HE BODY BLOCKED AT THE GATE...THEN GOT A FREE UNHOOK AND EXIT.
