I dont think there is an actual "translation" and its mostly just ancient sounding babble or something, but each line does have meaning to it iirc.

I think she actually speaks Akkadian. We don't have a reasonably confident idea of what Sumerian sounded like, whereas Akkadian has a pretty well-accepted phonology today. Plus, Adiris is from Babylonia, which spoke Akkadian for most of its history.
