Like I said they're working on a lot of big changes right now. I'd rather have to wait an extra week or two for the next killer(that will undoubtedly throw everyone on here into a frenzy of opinions once again) if it means dedicated servers, better matchmaking and potential balance changes to the killers we already have. A track-and-field coach. Power passively reveals all survivors who aren't running. Activate to sprint at 200% speed for 15 seconds and hits would put survivors in deep wound, madness 3 and dream world at the same time. They will have to cure all 3 statuses everytime they get hit.1

Well if they are a week or two later I'd be okay with that for sure, I want it sooner but I like all the changes they are implementing and I'm excited to watch the matchmaking and balance advancements ^_^

The roadmap is only listed in seasons. This previous chapter (chapter 10) was the chapter slated for Winter 2018/2019, and the next chapter is estimated to be out in Spring 2019. Technically it could come out in mid-June and still be on schedule since spring doesn't even start until March 21st.
I'm not sure where the three month figure is coming from. To my knowledge that has never been officially stated.

So it means we are not gonna get anything these days.
It will be something like pig-clown release then. Only difference is that the legion was almost non existent so it feels like it has almost 6 months since we got a killer (Spirit)

It's from McLean Peanits. It can't be a rumor when even he seems to be under the impression that a patch or ptb every 6 weeks is the schedule.

Legion was listed as Winter and that was released before December 21st the start of winter. Same with Spirit with Fall. I'm not sure about Summer/Clown.
This means seasons don't matter the months/weeks do. Unless they release before the seasons start and chapter is considered that seasons theme.
