Wesker and Legion Should Benefit From Vault Speed Perks

In my opinion, killer powers should be able to synergize with perks that affect basic actions such as vaulting as long as they still go through an animation.

They removed the synergy from Wesker's power in a hotfix on purpose, but this change made all killer powers unable to synergize with vault perks it seems. However, I think vault perks should work on Wesker's power and all killer powers that are able to vault. As Tat stated, it just feels right. It makes the powers more fun when using them and in no way makes any of the killers any more oppresive in my opinion.
