I only use it with Hyperfocus and Stakeout. It makes it surprisingly bearable

My acquaintance uses it because he knows nothing makes me more upset than seeing him Self-Care after missing a beamer save

I use it, lol. But strategically.

I use it only if a challenge requires me to equip it. Otherwise there's ZERO reason to even try and use it other than giving to the killer a 5th perk slot.

It's an excellent stealth perk. I've dropped chases so many times with it. (With Bite the Bullet, Overcome and Lucky Break)

Haha, there are definitely players out there who use it. One of my mates uses it when we play SWF even after showing him my disappointed face. Think he likes the illusion of feeling safe lol

I use self-care a lot. I like the security of knowing that I CAN heal myself if I need to, and I usually run healer builds anyway, so it's not that slow.

Here's a build I've used before: Reactive Healing, Botany Knowledge, Self-Care, Iron Will. Works surprisingly well.

There's almost always 2-3 self care users in every game on the Japan servers, see it more than dead hard
