Odd Forum Settings

So it looks to me like this forums has some odd settings when it comes to posting rules, like how we can't delete comments and you can only edit a comment for the first 15 minutes of it being posted.

Why such odd settings?

    Yeah that is odd. Well the edit comment one at least. And we can't delete our own comments right?

    Another thing I have noticed is that we are not allowed to have custom avatars. Yet every forum I am a member of does.

    Yet the mods can. That's really fair isn't it?

    I'd like to be able to change my avatar - be a little more personalized. And a signature!

    I would like to think that in time, and with support, we will get personalized avatars and signatures. These forums only went live yesterday for Christ sake. Give them time!
