Deep Wound Screen Effects On Endgame Screen / Causes Survivor Screaming Under Map

There is a bug triggered by a survivor escaping while in Deep Wound that causes their endgame screen to be discoloured by the Deep Wound screen effects until their Deep Wound timer runs out. Players still in the match can see/hear this survivor "go down" to Deep Wound underneath the map.
Steps to reproduce:
- Escape a trial while in Deep Wound
- Endgame screen of the escaped survivor is darkened/discoloured
- Wait for the Deep Wound duration to end and a killer still in the match can see a scream bubble under the map

Can confirm, this has happened to me a couple of times. I don't have any screenshots or recordings though.
