Unironically, Repressed Alliance works very well to prevent killers from ever using it.
Blast mine can also make them waste double the time the would usually waste kicking it.

Unless you are in a SWF on comms where you can call out to your team mates you are about to go down... you literally cant, there is no counter play.
Pain Res seemed like it was going to be too OP in the early days but by comparison it is an absolute pleasure to deal with as solo survivor. At least there is counter even if you cannot stop the regression side of it and you can still play the game if you are stupid enough to get hit with it.
I think the incapacitated status should be retired, it is a terrible mechanic that should never be in the game

That's why i like Pain Res, just let go from the gen when you see the hook animation. That's why some killers started to pair it with Fearmonger.
But Eruption? Only way to counter is to start working on a new gen, having line of sight to the chased surv while on a gen, beeing lucky or playing on comms. Gen tapping doesn't really give you progress anymore, i tried that. ^^

That's not how you use Repressed, you use it when the killer is going to your gen so he can't kick it and is forced to chase you.

Incapacitated makes sense when it's something like being jumped on by Victor, because that gives you something else to do. Most other debuffs let you do something, even if you're worse at it, or lack certain capabilities. Eruption is fairly unique in that you just have to stand around uselessly for half a minute, unharmed but somehow inexplicably unable to work on ANY generator, or even open chests. And even that wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't so spammable.

So tell me, how do you counter Eruption in solo queue as you appear to be claiming to have solved the issue nobody else has?
How you can tell the skill level and location of random survivors looping a killer somewhere on the map is beyond me. So please tell me how you also can determine all this to avoid being hit with Eruption?

If it was extremely limited and not for 25 seconds at a time, ever. Not only is it unfair making players useless for that long, it is also very boring as you cant really play the game.

Pain Res cause 15sec lost on the most progressed Gen. Where you can only get use 8-10 times (with hooks)
Eruption can cause 9sec lost with potential of 31sec if hit. Unlimited use. Its easy to understand that Devs thought the perk requires alot of setup to make use, though in practice its apparently not.
I would say the Incap only apply to the most progressed Gen, the other only lost progression. Start it from there, though I think it may still oppressive of how fast cool down the perk is.

Okay lets see first of all:
You need battlefield view.If a survivor was downed and killer last much time to get him surely much pallets were used in the area.
If the surv last from 0 to 15 secs to get downed on first chase that surv barely wont stand 10 secs luckily vs killer when not much pallets left.
If the surv last longer you have like 10 secs that u can repair safe without grtting hit by eruption.After that i strongly recomend to stop repairing even if it seems he escaped.If after that time you wait 15 secs and that surv is not downed its safe to repair.

Hint: Bond is extremely useful to know whats happening on the battlefield.

Sorry I just don't buy this as a viable strategy.
Do you upload content anywhere? I would like to see videos of this in action if possible, as some of the best players in the world such as Hens or Otz (latter more trusted and experienced than the best) cant even read matches to this degree of accuracy to avoid Eruption in solo queue.
There are too many variables here to possibly ever do this with any accuracy (killer skill level, survivor skill level, mindgames, latency and so on...). Bond is not going to solve this either
