Pixelated Black Bubble?

Any one else getting this? It's already pretty obnoxious, somehow they made it more so. The pixelated nature makes it appear to take up more room along with looking terrible.

Yeah have it too, thought it was tied to the kindred bubble problem…

Several visual effects randomly become heavily pixelated for me and my friends. Been that way for months...it's really weird. It's stuff like the blurry effect from fire, or the blurry effect from a hook bubble.
Here is an example:

Had that too, but not as consistently as the hook bubble.
