Why in a world we still don't have anything that affect steps sound?
Except freddy addons, but still, parental guidance, flashbang and etc. are useless because killer can hear where are you running and just follow sound, and I do not understand why there are 0 perks that affect it?

That does not affect on footstep sound, that your character make while running

I actually would love it Flashbang could cover the sounds when it goes off. I am surprised it doesn't.
I would also like it if survivors had a perk that heightened their hearing sense (like say Nurse has), or something.

You do have something that makes you silent, Crouch. I lose sneaky survivors Alot in tall grass, weeds etc if they stop sprinting and crouch.

the solution is to not run away at full speed making as much noise as possible
