The Bell doesn´t ring

I don´t know if i´m the only one. But in my browser, i don´t get a notification when someone answered me or tagged me. The Bell icon stays grey and i have to actively click it and compare the time stamps of the messages.
Tags don´t appear at all. I just saw a couple of answers accidently. Where someone tagged me, but i don´t get a notification. Just checked my options and everything is marked as before. So it must be something else.
It doesn´t look like the forum is running smoothly yet.

We only have a "small" delay (1-30 minutes) for our browser's bell (phone seems ok) so not too sure what's up for you.
